There are 56 unguarded beaches in Burgas Region for season 2015 and most of them are unattractive, difficult or not accessible, without sand. The number is higher than in previous years because some beaches are divided in parts with the aim to easier find concessionaires. Among the unattractive beaches which will remain also in this year derelict are Smrikite, Irakli, Atanasovska kosa without part 1 for which a concessionaire is found, Kraymorie North – parts 1,2,3, Malak oasis – 1,2,3,4, Tsarevo North – 1,2,3, Skalite, Lipite etc. Within a week and a half employees of the Regional administration will visit the beaches in the region in order to put signboards “Unguarded area! Swimming not allowed!” and “Warning! Unguarded beach!”. The signboards are in three languages and will be placed at visible spots. Their number depends on the size of the beach and the ways in it.
Inspections of the 11 beaches hired out by the Governor will also be started. Experts will check the observation of the contractual terms for a number of life-guards, medical care, hygiene, fee free area etc.
Also in June the Ministry of regional development is conducting procedures for hiring out of parts 1, 2, 8 and 9 of Evropa, Pomorie North, part of Primorsko-South, part 3 of Aheloy-South.
