Secretary General

The General Secretary is:

1. Managing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the administration for accurate observation of normative deeds and of Governor’s orders;
2. Responsible for planning and reporting of the administration’s annual goal’s achievement ;
3. Creating conditions for normal and effective work of the regional administration’s staff;
4. Providing organizational connection between political cabinet and administrative staff;
5. Controlling and being in charge of the paper work and paper preservation as well as of official secrecy;
6. Approving internal rules of administrative services’ organization regulating the interaction between the departments in performing of   administrative services and the continuity of their actions;
7. Approving the professional records of the administrations’ servants;
8. Organizing trainings for enhancing their qualification and for improving  administrative services;
9. Carrying out also another tasks assigned to him by the Governor.
